Earlier this year, Bulten acquired the global fastener supplier PSM International (PSM). In connection with the start of the integration work, PSM's CEO Marco Suzuki has chosen to leave his position. Bulten's President and CEO Anders Nyström will take over the management of PSM until a new management structure is in place.
